There is yet another category of folks who are so frustrated by the system (read banks) taking them for a ride be it by delivering less than what was promised or levying unscrupulous fees/charges. Institutions and their employees have taken consumers for granted and for them we are just a means to attain their targets without being mindful of our needs. My own experience with Axis bank has been far from acceptable. I want to milk the cow and fill my coffers as much as I can.

(This though creates a vicious circle as all the points I earn are going to be a cost to the bank and the more their costs are, the more they will be incentivized to find new avenues to charge existing customers. Which is not my problem to be honest.)

i got sms for voucher after 1st transaction but unable to redeem and called cc they saying that upon card fee payment so remitted 11 to my card,800 which is yet to get credited to my card

I assume that at one point TataCliq did sell MMTC-PAMP. Whether they have temporarily or permanently discontinued it, I have no idea

I have not redeemed yet. I am still thinking whether to take tata cliq voucher or one way flight ticket. I have plans to go Andaman trip where one way domestic ticket is > 10k.
