I already received ₹100 cashback each for the first three RuPay credit card UPI transactions. However, for the fourth one, it was stuck for a while at the cashback popup after the payment confirmation, followed by greeting me with the message "
Better luck next time."

But when I checked in transaction history,
I noticed that the ₹30 cashback payment has failed.

As per their FAQ page, if the cashback has failed, it would be retried within 3 days.
Has anybody else experienced it? If so, did they retry cashback issuance automatically? Or you had to raise a complaint?
