I already received ₹100 cashback each for the first three RuPay credit card UPI transactions. However, for the fourth one, it was stuck for a while at the cashback popup after the payment confirmation, followed by greeting me with the message "Better luck next time."



But when I checked in transaction history, I noticed that the ₹30 cashback payment has failed.



As per their FAQ page, if the cashback has failed, it would be retried within 3 days.

Has anybody else experienced it? If so, did they retry cashback issuance automatically? Or you had to raise a complaint?

They not retried and i not raised complaint i again did a transaction and get my cashback..

Should I scan and pay,

P.S: Scan and Pay wala specifically nahi hain, jaise bhi payment kar sakte ho but through UPI using Credit Card
