Wait for 3 working days, if the problem persists then contact BHIM X handle and raise your concern and do accordingly, it might get sorted after changing default bank account but I can't assure about it.

Problem mere saath toh ye huwa nahi hain so personal experience toh hai nahi, terms and conditions ke mutabik, cashback ka credit trxn failed hone pe 3 din ke anadar mein aajyega batya toh hai lekin pata nahi bro, issi liye abhi wait karlo aap 3 din... abhi bank account change nahi karte, wait kar lete and report karte pehle...
Anyway, jab HDFC kar hi liye hain toh wait kijiye kuch din mere khayal se, jinko jada pata hoga ya ye issue face kiye honge wo bata denge kya karna hai...

@CAKARANBATRA Dusra alternative hain ki QR ka jaugd kijye and trxn kijye kya pata failed wala count na ho trxn and HDFC Bank A/c mein easily aajye baaki ka remaining cashback if na bhi aaye toh return le sake ho firh merchant account to your A/c...😹

NPCI ke alag hi nashe hain. See the PSP Bank of their UPI handle (From UPI ID), and notice the recipient bank name (Credited to) as well:
If an intra-bank transfer can fail, then God knows...
Moreover, as I said before, they don't reissue the cashback within 3 working days. They haven't added a failover system for cashbacks yet.

On 6th Evening HDFC was Facing Technical issues. They even tweeted the same
NPCI is not at Fault. Bank serveres are at Fault

Understandable. But my credit to even SBI account has failed more than 5 days ago. They haven't reissued it yet.

I don't know what they do with the allocated budget, just know to withheld it, can't even use resources for grievances redressal properly.
And when intra fund transaction is unsuccessful and only in case of Credit 😂 and with one of the renowned private bank, what can we expect more from BHIM and NPCI.😑
P.S: On 6th Jan, many banks UPI trxns was not getting successful, including HDFC, SBI and others.

Yes. You are existing Customer of Bajaj like EMI Card or any Kind of Consumer Durable Loan ?
You have to do FULL KYC First to withdraw the Loaded Amount from Wallet.

Fun fact: We both don't guarantee sucessful credit of cashback from this method also.
Do it at your own risk, later on, don't blame us, if it's not getting credited because of BHIM and other stakeholders concerned.
