In atlas I have already crossed 5L.

I tried to apply for Amex Plat Travel and my application was rejected by the VKYC agent, so I am living in a rented flat in Mumbai, working in Mumbai and address on my Aadhar Card is of my hometown in Shimla, the KYC agent mentioned that address entered in application should be same as on Aadhar card.

I mentioned that I can provide rental agreement or maybe my Postpaid bill, but the agent simply denied, is there no way to apply for the card if living in rented house?

I have applied for HDFC, Axis, Yes Bank, SBI credit cards previously from the same house and haven't faced this issue

Simply go to any Aadhaar center with postpaid bill and change your address and within 5 to 6 days your address will change then apply for the amex card

For me its been pending since last 3 days,not sure what went wrong.Either they are getting high requests or some problem with my kyc

2-3 hours. Did kyc in the morning and got approval mail by afternoon.

I would suggest to ask for specific reason, you can then raise with RBI is reason is not sufficient.

I didn't have to submit any income proofs. Mine got delivered today.

My wife got approval within 2 hours and this is her first credit card and although my profile is so much better , it took me 4 days for approval.
The thing is it is too much based on the address. I am going to post my discussion with the customer staff soon here.

I would suggest to ask for specific reason, you can then raise with RBI is reason is not sufficient.

I have mailed their grievance cell but received no response as of now or even acknowledgement that they are looking into it. Strange
