Hi,
I am Regalia First card holder. My bill generation date is 23rd of every month and next by EOD HDFC mail me the BILL via email even I can download it from NETBANKING.
But in this Month August - HDFC not sent any email or SMS even when I am trying to download the statement from netbanking or mycards it is showing - 'No transactions found'.
In App / Website / mycard it is showing the generated bill amount correctly.
Any suggestions ? What could be the reason for this ? Anyone facing the same issue ?
