Hey can you elaborate how did you found your user id ?

Go to BOB Internet Banking and there you can see Forgot User ID option(see the image attached below), click on that and enter your Account Number and Contact Number/Email ID and then enter otp and they will send your User ID via Text Message/Mail

I opened the BOB Super Savings Account (SB 117) online on 2nd September 2024. I received the CIF and Account Number via SMS and the welcome letter by email on the same day within 3 to 4 hours. After that, I needed to log in to my BOB World App to Order my Sapphire DC.

I understand there's some delay but its been 4 days. For my earlier bob dc, I could track within 1 day. So thought ill check.
I am also getting the same error on tracking since 1 week, don't know what to do

Yes. I dont even know if india post responds to support requests.

While applying for bob advantage savings accounts, do I have to choose debit card?
Dont. You will be issued default rupay classic. You can apply later from the app.

Yeah thought of something like this and didn’t choose. Not able to select slot for vkyc now after submitting. Do they have specific timings?
Not sure. Maybe its 10am to 5pm.

Same happened to me, was able to track only after 9 days of receiving dispatch message and debit card was delivered on the 15th day, speed post will take its own time while the other debit card which i applied later was tracked within 1 day and delivered within a week
Hope it gets delivered before the 31st. Else, I will lose out on this year's benefits.

If you have applied before 16th december, you will delinitely get it before 31st december unless BOB/Speed Post have personal enmity with you😬😬
