I got Visa Classic instead of Rupay Platinum with the welcome kit, applied for Visa Male Sapphire, EMT, Rupay Select Wellness and BPCL Rupay Platinum and 3 LTF Virtual DC, if i close Visa Classic will they give Rupay Platinum as an option?

Anyone facing redemption issues with EMT card?

Got my card yesterday, and everytime I try to redeem any offer and add my card details on payment page, the hdfc payment gateway for rupay platinum is not opening.

Depending on the account variant you opened they give the DC, I opened the Super Savings Account and got the Rupay Platinum DC by default.
Apply via the branch Rupay Plat. even if you close Visa Classic I don't think they will give the rupay option online.

I cannot comment on virtual only cards. I am talking about the virtual counterpart of physical cards.
