I redeemed my Thyrocare health checkup, lakme coupon, Ola giftcard but didn't receive the Coupon code for Lakme . Already 48hr past the confirmation email from Rupay, still didn't receive it. On the same day, i redeemed Blinkit and Amazon prime,for these two received coupon within 24hr of confirmation email. What to do ?? Year to about1 to end..... Help guys...

Check the transaction status after logging in Rupay Platinum Website. If it is successful then you will get the voucher, even after the quarter ends. Send a Twitter DM to Rupay NPCI with the transaction ID for follow-up.

Mail them they usually respond quickly.
