HSM (Hardware Security Module) Error: The error message suggests that there might be an issue with the Hardware Security Module, which is responsible for securely storing sensitive data like encryption keys and providing cryptographic operations. If there is a malfunction or misconfiguration with the HSM, it could result in an "invalid response" message.

You need to contact the Bank of Baroda for a more specific reason or wait for 1-2 days as yesterday was a holiday.

Just now tried via Netbanking. After trying for 6-7 times, finally received my CVV. BUT App still showsnthe error message. Thank You.
 
Reg Amazon Prime Benefit -

I already have 100 Rupees in Amazon Prime Voucher balance. Will I be able to add the 1499 voucher received from this card? If not, any other way to add it?

I blocked my rupay classic dc issued by bob (automatically issued during acc opening) instantly after delivery.

But today i have been charged with rs118 as dc issuance charges.

Is there any way for reversal?

Re-issuance charge for rupay platinum is 200+ gst ?

I think it is not a re-issuance you closed Rupay Classic and got a fresh new Rupay Platinum—50% - 50% chance that they will charge re-issuance fees.

No no that another question is for my friend.
She has blocked her platinum same as of me ( i blocked classic but) .
Since today i was charged with 118rs , so i was wondering if she will also be charged with 300+gst or not ?
And if she will be charged then if she request for re-issuance/replacement of that blocked platinum then will that attract another 200+ gst or not ?

Not sure according to me they will charge both 300+GST & 200+GST. First 200+GST replacement fees then around 3rd month 300+GST.
Also, it will depend on the account variant. Some accounts have FYF DC, those accounts will not attract the First Year Fee.

I got my physical BOB EMT DC today.
I am trying to redeem vouchers but after entering card details, transaction is getting failed (Screenshot attached).

If anyone has a solution, pls do help.
Will contact Rupay (under contact us tab) will help? Anyone tried contacting?

Did you already Created PIN for DC ?
If not do that.
My txns were also getting failed and then BOB sent me mesaage to Generate PIN and next day I am able to Perform Txns.
