I am not very sure about this as i got my card yesterday only. But @Abhishek012 has confirmed that we can redeem them now by end of this month and then again in January.

Kisi aur ne likha 31st ko hoge refresh thik hai,
But Khud bhi khuch socha hoga na 31st ko refresh possible hai ya nhi? Tumko Possible lag hoga tabhi Durso se confirm kar rahe na.
Toh kiya logic lagaya tumne iss Possibility ke piche woh bta do bass.
