Since Rupay Platinum Physical Debit Card is free in your account varient so you can't apply virtual, this is the same case with other account also like Senior citizens account where Rupay Platinum Physical Debit Card is free so we can't apply for virtual

I went to the branch today and mentioned all the issues in the application. Then they deregistered mobile banking from the old account, and after that, I logged into NetBanking, registered there, and it was done.
Now bob world app is working fine.
Now , I just need to set the UPI PIN now. I’ll do it as soon as the new debit card starts reflecting.

But in your previous reply you mentioned that, Rupay Platinum is FREE.

In the app, it was showing above three cards only. Select and EMT Platinum already applied and received. No charges deducted so far.

Sorry, I remembered it wrong, earlier it was Rupay Platinum, now they have changed it to Visa Sapphire.
But they have forget to make rupay platinum virtual available in these accounts.

Additionally if bank registered number and aadhar number are same, u can set pin using aadhar also.

The EMT card has started showing in the app. So I went ahead On the website https://rupayplat.golftripz.com/#/offers, there is already an account linked to another bank. When I try to sign up separately for Bank of Baroda and enter my email, it says I am already a customer.
Can’t I just add it to the existing account?

Yeah, u can switch between cards while redeeming.

No need to create separate accounts for each card
