Does every transaction in foreign currencies is considered an international transaction? If so if one uses bob eterna for international spends, you can get an effective reward rate of 2.4% ( assumed spending milestone of 5L is reached). I think it is the only easy to get cards that give good rewards for international spending. Do you have other alternatives?
