It is just 3.75% reward in terms of cashback
There are far many better cards than this in comparison to the fee, we have to pay. Also, the service and backend team of bank of Baroda is very slow and lethargic just like SBI.

What is the value of these 15 RP in terms of statement credit or AGV?
I got interested only in the Online shopping part.
If this 15RP turns out to be 15 ₹ as statement credit or AGV, then this is the really the best cc in town.

how many people can actually fully utilise unlimited domestic lounge access!?, even if one takes around 14 domestic flights a year, then in this case booking 14 domestic flights using bob eterna won't provide any good reward rate, i think it would be better to go for atlas/horizon/dcb even regalia gold yields better reward rate than so called eterna 3.75% (even sbi cashback is giving 5% cashback on paytm and mmt 🤣 )

only positive side of eterna is (i heard it is giving 3.75 on wallet loading also, if it's true then it will get fix very soon).

@Ram1 , @jetesh : I emailed their escalation ID to ask the reason. The replied negetive field verification.

However, I had received call only for office verification (the guy was at my office, and asked if he can confirm name with guard - i said guard doesn't know me).
I dint receive any call for home verification - but they declined.

Any inputs?
