I received BOB HPCL energie cc today. I heard there is LTF offer running on BOB cards. But I got my card with 499Rs annual charges. Is there a way to convert it to LTF?

LTF offer is on Easy, Select & Premier variants only. Only option for you would be the spending based annual fee waiver.

Just mail or call them and confirm. because few peoples got LTF, but for them also charges was mentioned in welcome letter, BOB might use the same old letter as before.

Applied online. Submitted ITR and payslip. Then vkyc, physical verification both done. Got my card with 75k limit. All this in less than one month.

Registered a complaint. Let me see if they approve for LTF.

They refused. I don’t see any cashback for fuel and also no surcharge is waived. Complaining to customer care, but no response.

Reward Points are not being credited on HPCL Pump POS swipe ?

I had done 2 fuel transactions at HPCL till date (one for 3500, another for 3000). No rewards points credited. Additionally they levied surcharge too.
Its so ridiculous that they credited 2 reward points for each 150 spent on other categories, but didn’t provide points for fuel spends.
Only relief is that they credited 2000 reward points for initial 5000 spends.
I had sent 3 mails complaining about this. No response.
