I got whatsapp message from Bob:

I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

I swiped first time today and POS machine was of PAYTM. Also can you please confirm whats the minimum amount criteria to get RPs.

Earlier Swiped Different Machines got points and fuel charged and received Waiver. last time did on same pump on Paytm Machine. No points and nothing chargerd. Just like normal Card usage. Is there any issue with Paytm Machines?

As per their T&Cs, UPI transactions are not eligible for reward points.

no idea buddy as I used it first time but after transaction i got the sms from bob for transaction info which showed "used at hindustan petrolium" so I guess it should fetch RPs.

Yes Also Eligible after converting to Physical.
And excluding UPI payments are eligible.

I have completed well before 15th July and still got 500 that's why I asked, need to raise complaint.

Yes.
Only 99+ Gst charge for physical card. But still not changed in last 2 months

Any payment on HP or any other petrol pump via UPI on Energie card will attract surcharge. It is very clearly mentioned in TnC.

You can use this card and earn Bonus points on HP Petrol Pump by paying from :-
1. HP Pay app, scan QR and pay. Make sure you are scanning HP pay QR, scanning UPI QR via HP pay app will throw error.
2. Order a physical card and Swipe on POS machine at HP Petrol pump, however some people didn't get bonus point on swipe and pay.

Better to use HP Pay as the same is mentioned in terms and conditions of the card. Check website

Update: I have received 500RP for spend based welcome benefit for my LTF virtual HPCL card. Only fuel spends done via virtual card only. Physical card received but not used so far,waiting for its annual fees to debit (not an issue as already compensated by 500RP welcome benefit).

There is not any charges even on physical card. And 500 rp is equal to 125₹ I think .
