Guys if any one wants to open this scrap Masterstroke account, BEWARE!!!!!

Its not fully designed product, seems half baked. Lots of glitches and inconvenience. Even BM has no idea.

For example (I faced)
1. You can't apply debit card in app, netbanking, probably in branch too. It throws error always
2. Regarding ltf eterna credit card, bank doesn't involve in this. We have to chase regional credit card agent who roams in one branch each day. Until he's available at that branch, we can't apply cc.
3. They said kit will come. I don't think it ever comes as there's no sign even after 1 week of account conversion
 
Also don't remember last time i visited branch these many times. All banking tasks are being done online only.

This bob made me visit their branch 5times in a span of 15days that too with premium account.

BM is like please visit branch for any further services requirement like dc, cc etc..

They don't know the meaning of convenience at all
 
I asked branch people to negotiate the AQB in lieu of more FD.
I told them I can't keep 5L in savings, I would rather pay for the free services and not keep 5L in savings. Instead I can keep 20L in FD.
They told, saar this is a PSU bank, we can't negotiate on the criteria, private banks can do and give you this & that, but we can't.

I asked BM if he can reverse the charges if I gone shortage of QAB by 1L or so. He said he can't.
Worst bank
 
Pathetic customer service, horrible technology stack and half baked product.
Great combination no one should keep huge sums of money with BoB.

True They don't deserve to put such premium products without implementing these basic tech things. They promoted and branded with big Sachin Tendulkar with crores but can't take care of product. This bank deserves to be fined by RBI and put a ban for some period to improve tech.

20L FD?
FD is not right choice for Wealth Creation.

Invest on Mutual Funds using proper asset allocation.[Equity + Debt Mutual Funds].

this is not limited to BoB. Even UBI's HNI banking accounts have similar criteria. Only SB balance is considered.

I surely need ur guidance on start to mutual funds.
First let me get that credit card and remove all balance and close that scrap account on their face
