BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

I emailed them and asked since it's been a week
I applied for same card 2 months ago and got the card within a week

Are you trying to get hold of second card from BoB?

Well yeah for me, but right now I am talking about CC applications of my Mom and Dad
Applied for the first time for them and they asked for few documents over email, which I sent and then VKYC was done but still there is no update.
So I asked customer care and they said VKYC is pending whereas it is already done and I cannot re-open the VKYC link.
So what should I do?

I see. Ok try the following to troubleshoot this from your end.

Click on the link you received for VKYC and try to initiate it again. If you see the error message "Your application is pending on the client side" that means VKYC is already complete.

I did that but it showed me the application number directly, didn't give me the chance to reupload anything

They'll mail you if they need anything else

Given them everything, It's stuck after VKYC

Did you click on the link to VKYC again and see what message you get?

That means it has already been completed.

It may take some time for the status to get updated in the system. They are telling you what they can see in the system. So if you have already completed VKYC, don't worry.

Try tracking the application status from your end.

Application tracking isn't working either.
When I applied, it took about a week from starting the application to receiving the card.

That's the reason, I am thinking what's the issue

I did VKYC the same day, physical verification in next 2 days and 4 days to receive the card.

Any update on your case? I am also facing same issue, completed vkyc on July 11th and when tried to contact bob team now for status they are saying vkyc is pending @alphadark7 Also verified by navigating to same vkyc link and it says it is pending on client side.

Physical verification is done for my mom and dad, but there is no updates on the card approval yet

It's been over 10 days
