BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

Physical verification is done for my mom and dad, but there is no updates on the card approval yet

THere was no mismatch status, they just said that it is not done and they said I haven't completed
but then it reflected

When I called and asked, they said it's done, it's in process, will be confirmed shortly

If no reply was received then I looped in crm1@bobfinancial.com in the same

I got 1 rejection email and for another application, status is pending

Different application, I emailed crm@bob, apart from that no other email or message received for rejection
