BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

1-3 months to get CC in hand.
Mine was VKYC immediately, IPV on call - 1 week, card in hand - 3 weeks.
Mine was exceptional case. On average it takes around 2 months.

Mine was better, applied today, VKYC in 1 hour, IPV in next 2 days, card in hand in 6 days from date of application
But for my dad, 1 month is going to be completed and nothing so far

You applied much before me. what are your timelines?

Applied on 30th June
VKYC was completed on 2nd July
In Person Verification was completed on 6th July

So it’s all random I assume. Some people get it fast , some just have to wait.

For me , no ipv done so far and cc emailed that we will tell you about decision on email and mobile.

22 June .. Applied Eterna .. Hopefully they will send Eterna (rather premier) , as I head some of applicants received lower version cards even though they applied for higher version

Yes.. I received Eterna itself with credit limit of 2.5L

So today Bob visited my office for my verification which was successful.

Now what happens next? Will they come home as well ?

This is the first time I am dealing with a Public Sector Bank and the longest I have ever waited for a new credit card.
