BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

Yes I sent an email on crm & crm1 with the details that I applied for Premier and I hold ITR eligible for Eterna but you have given me Easy with 25k limit, so either upgrade or close the card

Better mail on conversions@bobfinancial.com

I got my easy converted to premier from there.... Limit will be same as easy... You can try for limit enhancement with itr and salary slip...

Doesn't take long, you get the card in about 4-6 days

PFB summary of the timelines:

1. Applied for Premier on 30th June with ICICI Platinum Chip Card having 240K limit. During the application, tentative limit was showing 300K
2. VKYC was completed on 2th July
3. In Person Verification at residence took place on 4th July (No verification was triggered at work location)
4. Received the approval sms on 4th Aug
5. Card got dispatched on 8th Aug
6. Received the card in hand on 9th Aug

For limit and variant, you can reach out to BOb Instagram account and share details, they will respond. And regarding card dispatch, you can send email to rcard@bobfinancial.com and ask for dispatch status

I suggested to reach out to BOB Instagram account to know the limit or variant of the approved card. https://bobfin.in/Instagram I observed they respond bit quicker there compared to Twitter or Facebook.

CIBIL is actually having some issues with their own site/app. It's taking a long time for me to access my report today. That might be the tagged along to your attempt at BOB since their APIs might be having issues as well.
