BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

As income can we send statment as I mentioned salary and also another bank credit card details

For income, you can send ITR or salary slips with Bank statement

Thanks @dhshankar. Did they send the card with LTF pricing, or did you have to raise it to escalations team to get the card converted to LTF

They have sent as LTF card

VKYC was completed on 2nd July
In Person Verification was completed on 6th July

Card got approved on the 35th day.

BoB just mentions that the card approved via SMS.. They don't mention the variant . Need to wait till card delivery to know variant

Nope that is not included in the approval message.

Ok. My ipv was done at office as well as residence this Monday. Does that mean the application is approved atleast ? Some people had got the rejected message but I think the rejection happens before they do the ipv , isn’t it ?

I wasnt even asked for vkyc and my application is submitted 🤨

Though completion of IPV both at residence and work location doesn't guarantee the card approval, but probability of approval is likely if all other relevant conditions/factors are met/fulfilled.

Yes, 2 days ago, but instead of Premier, I received Easy card (applied for dad)

Premier was applied on HDFCs 12 lakhs limit

I also applied for Rupay premier.. did you email them for replacement?
