BOB Radiance

Hello! I have been told by my BM that I have been onboarded into BOB Radiance. But I have not received any sort of confirmation. The BM says an RM hasn't been mapped to my account yet, but it's been more than 2 months. I easily maintain more than the required NRV. Moreover, there has been no change in my BOB World and net banking interface. If anybody is part of Baroda Radiance, can you please tell me how I can confirm the same? Also, is there any change in the BOB world app and net banking? Thank you.

They made me Radiance in January this year. The only difference I have seen is that my statements became blue.

But interesting about the RM.

From January until September, there was no mention of any RM on my statement.

But in October, there is now the box on the first page saying :Your Relationship Manager" etc.

Only my RM mentioned is "Call Centre" Hahahah

And they say refer to end of statement for escalation matrix.

There was no escalation matrix before, but now since October it's there. Only thing is it all says "NA"

I think it’s cost cutting. They have removed RMs in most branches. First they moved me to a digital RM and now I have no RM tagged to my account as well. Not complaining as I prefer to not have RMs anyways as I don’t have to deal with constant upselling.
