i Did two transactions for paytm wallet load got zero points
Think they have stopped

You got 1.5x points (utility) or 15x (shopping) points? Paytm MCC keeps changing. So, u were mostly lucky that it didn't give wallet MCC for u.

i was only checking on 16 nov post 15 nov devaluation, and it gave points for wallet load

What was merchant name?

If it's Paytm wallet, it will be mostly wallet category.
But if, Paytm payments or one97, mostly utility for 1.5x and if Paytm, sometimes it is utility (1.5x) and sometimes shopping (15x).

No, this month quota is over. But won't try next month now.

It is mostly because paytm MCC keeps changing and is not coming in wallet category.

Payzapp is always wallet load and u verified that. Yes pay is also mostly consistent with wallet MCC.

Oh, that's weird then. Maybe, u made transaction just after midnight on 16th and by that time, they wouldn't have activated the new rewards system.

I loaded 500 via Airtel net banking + 500 via ola cabs.

Got total 83 points (75+8) so , one is giving 15 and the other 1.5 . What do u think ?

Eterna has already relegated to a farthest corner of my secondary wallet. With this wallet devaluation, I will put it in my travel bag (only good for domestic lounge access now).
