I guess rupay variant offer is different to visa variant.. so you will get seperate discount and cb as well for the new order .

Did you get any confirmation on app that offer is booked and 10% reward points will be credited?

I also purchased via one card, but can't find anywhere if the offer was booked. Normally once you activate and book an offer, the activate button and time ticker goes away but in this case time ti ker is still running.

With so much uncertainty it's better not to try again from another one card.

I don't think so. But if you have availed earlier 5% offer then this 10% offer shall be applicable.
I think one card in-app offers are on account level because they do not mention card number. Not confirmed though.

Yea last time I avail 5% , the timer run but after that offer expired.i l got 10% offer on next day but I haven't activated, note I don't receive any confirmation form one card
