Issue Resolved Can’t apply for IDFC First app sticker

The highlighted issue has been resolved by the bank/financial institution.
See the screenshot attached, basically when I’m trying to apply for the second time for the first tap sticker because for the first time I had a wealth account which got upgraded to private, and then the sticker was closed and from last two weeks, I’m trying to apply, but it is always throw a error. and yes, I have already emailed my RM. I have called to the customer care. They don’t a clue have reinstalled the app, still the same error. Anybody face this issue? How do they resolve it?

Update - 26/02/2025 - to resolve this error of "unable to process your request" call your RM/BM and tell them you can't apply and you need First tap so this is backend issue so in a day or two card will be available for Pin generation automatically.

I can assure you if you follow my procedure you wont face any future headache.

First block first tap dc
2nd block your first select dc
Reissue first select dc and let it show in your app
Activate first select dc

Now upgrade to wealth

After wealth dc starts showing in your app Activate it and then apply for first tap again.
So for me, I have to first block the Firstap before upgrading to Wealth DC, after that reapply Firstap with Wealth DC.
