not sure what error you are facing i have added amex cards and have paid them as well

It's not accepting 15 digits.
On adding 1 more digit it accepts
I am able to use Amex for payments from P+.
Try and prefix 0 , see if that works. If not save the amex card , you can buy petrol voucher which cancels automatically after 2 days. See if you are able to see the saved card for payment. Please do your own due diligence.

I added 0 prefix for my DCB in park+ and it accepted. But when i did the payment, it failed and the refund took 2-3 days

Exactly so it doesn't explain how some amex holders added their card on park+

I am on same boat.
It doesn't accept diners club and amex now. Even when saved for other bill payment it doesn't show in credit card payment screen. I even tried prefix 0 and it failed and got refunded.
Any one has any solution please guide. This looks like a bug from their end.

Rest can I use idfc first signature dc to pay at one go?
Using which portal & how much points would I get approx
