Carrier opportunities in finance

It is worth. However, most job opportunities will likely be concentrated in US/UK Audit or Tax roles. It’s worth exploring other profiles as well, but that would require building strong connections. Pursuing ACCA could definitely open doors if you’re considering a move to Europe or the Middle East.

In my experience, anyone pursuing global courses like US CFA, ACCA, or US CMA should ideally do so while working, as these courses are designed for professionals already in the workforce. Even as a qualified fresher, breaking into the corporate world can be challenging without relevant work experience.

i am 20 year old
currently studing in 3 year bcom via c grade college and cgpa is 5 because studied 1 day before exam

which course do you suggest me?

First, I’m just sharing my experience, not suggesting a specific path. ACCA offers flexibility with one subject at a time, and US CMA isn’t too tough. However, if you’re considering CFA, think carefully—it’s challenging. If you decide to go with ACCA, finding a job might be a good idea, prioritizing roles like US/UK Tax > US/UK Audit > US/UK Accounting. In my experience, getting into an accounting role might be easier than the others. If you do get into accounting, it could be worthwhile to work for a year, explore other profiles, and clear your ACCA exams simultaneously.

Many coaching centers market ACCA as a game changer, but it’s often overstated. I know people with 9 ACCA exams who still struggle to find jobs, while others with just 6 exams have managed to secure positions.
Do thorough research and connect with people on LinkedIn. (Conclude karu to - Bhai Jugaad hone cahiye, jane ko Bcom karke BCG me Junior Analyst bhi ja sakte ho)

You said your cgpa is 5.
You'll first have to score extremely good in you final yr. You aim should be to make your cgpa 6.75 as all the companies ask for 60% throughout academics for placements.
