CC on Upi disabled by merchant

So i use to pay a meat shop owner with Kiwi CC (yes bank klick cc) from Kiwi App from past few months..
His qr code MCC is 5411
Now all of a sudden, its showing before payment..
CC on Upi disabled by merchant
i thought since my spends on this merchant qr is high..KIWI might have blocked it..
But i check on my other rupay CC (icici coral rupay).. there also its showing.. CC on Upi disabled by merchant
now i called the shop owner..he said..
Na vai..i didnt do anything like that..why will i..as none buy's meat more than 2000..so i dont have to bear charges..
now is he lying or really due to my spends..cc has been blocked by banks?

@#aniket bhai..i asked him..when i said him about this issue..and said mini kyc in gpay..he just looked at me..saying..bhai..daily chicken katke nikal jata vai..ye mini kyc/kyc itna time kaha milta life mein..
ek qr rakhna jaruri hai..rakh diya..

Aapko bola tha ki boliye, Paytm rakhne ko, agent ghumta hi rehta hai... Paytm se contact karke ya khudse merchant account set-up kar saktein hain...

Tone unka sahi nahi laga, ab toh lag raha hai unhone hi off kiya hai 😂 G-Pay nahi...

bhai i am bengali..idhar durga puja ho raha..literally day before yesterday..he sold 500kg chicken..50-60 big haddi tha..chicken kaat ke rakha hua hai..he literally earns 20k daily in normal times..during puja it goes to 50k

bhai uska dukan mein CC camera hai..he is owner..11 log others kaam karte hai..yesterday was doshomi of durga puja..he opened his shop 8am mrng..literally a 30m line of customer was standing from before 8am..as i am his regular customer..he alwys keep my meat aside..

Itna busy hai ki, agent se dusra QR nahi lagwa sakta ya khudse order ya set-up nahi kar sakta, aap acha se baat nahi kar sakte, apko kahe pe shift bhi nahi hona toh jaisa chal raha hai chalne dijye, that's all

@#aniket @6ix9ine i saw that payzapp wallet can be send to him..was using kiwi cc for 2% cb..
now i had a plan..
1.either buy zingoy cards from sbi cb cc..and then load in payzapp..will get a return of max 2.9%
2.i have ordered orbit prepaid card..it has 5% cb on sbi cb cc..if i load it to payzapp wallet..then a ~2.5% will get deduct with gst..but i will get ~2.5% back
3.else another optn..i dont know..i have nfc phn..does gpay mic box(he has that mic box of gpay with qr on it)..do nfc will trasnfer money from my wallet to his gpay via nfc?

now need to shift zingoy money to payzapp for upi..1.5%+gst
will left something like ~1.36%..then pay sbi bill get 1% back..
at max 2.3% profit now

but phnpe gift card wont give any cb anywhere
