Did you get any welcome letter through Speed post? 2 or 3 times speed post used?

There was no other welcome letter, though a cheque book was delivered last week.

Are both cards free? Damn. Got my wife to open a single account just 2 days back. I missed it.

Got the DC. When I try to activate mobile banking, it says debit card not activated. When I try to login to netbanking, it says userID does not exist. What to do now? Their ATM is not anywhere near me and they don't support mobile activation.

If atm is not near you then, go to branch and activate mobile banking using "branch token". After that activate dc and set pin using mobile app.

Branch next to ATM and both are 10km away from me. They need better activation systems.

You have to either visit the ATM or Call the Branch Manager and get the Code. No choice. They have this idiot system but is very strict.

i wanted to open cent queen for my mother, joint account with me(male,18) if i am not eligible then my sister (15). Can i do that
Also is the mab 50k with no non maintenance charges

Its a joint account and Central bank is a very moody bank that changes things branch to branch. I highly recommend you to check with your nearest branch because I might say something which the bank would do or not do. Hence, check with them once and if it suits take that form to your home and take a day time.

Can you atleast confirm who are eligible as secondary holder in joint account, and if a minors are allowed will they also get rupay select
