Hi Guys and Gals

Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

No..... Card is not able to go to OTP page.... It is getting declined before payment gateway itself.

Nope, amazon is not necessary but only applicable on mcc 4812, 4814, 4899, 4900. So take care of MCC.

300 cashback (100% upto 300) for first utility transaction through the card

Got the problem. Set up pin via ivr. Mine was declining too. So I did that.

Got the problem. Set up pin via ivr. Mine was declining too. So I did that.

I did set up the pin via ivr 5 minutes back still transactions are getting declined.

I have already setup the pin multiple times via axis app and onetime via ivr. Already card is also unlocked and transactions are on still not able to perform any transaction. Customer Care is also saying that there is no problem with the card and card status is also showing as 'Active'.
