Check if you have LTF NEO Rupay offer with AXIS CC & request for Consent SMS

Hi Guys and Gals

Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

I have already setup the pin multiple times via axis app and onetime via ivr. Already card is also unlocked and transactions are on still not able to perform any transaction. Customer Care is also saying that there is no problem with the card and card status is also showing as 'active'.

Make sure that you enable pos, online transaction once again

As per internal guidelines on multiple Credit Cards issued to a customer, we identified that Axis Bank Credit Card no. XXyyyy was erroneously issued to you. As a corrective measure, we will close this card and reverse any fees, if levied. Regret the inconvenience caused.

I have tried this too.... Except International transaction, everything has been turned on multiple times. I will wait for some days to check whether the issue gets resolved on its own else will have to followup with PNO.

Same issue for me.... Payment Gateway itself is not opening and before that the transaction gets declined.

Card will not be closed as the PIN has been set already. Even if a customer switches ON online transactions, card gets activated in CIBIL.

Customer Care has informed me to wait for the card delivery. So it is better to wait for some days until the card delivery for issues to get sort out on its own.

If we done some payment and bank close the card. Then how they recover the amount after closing?

The issuer can take the card citing wrongly issued.

If any amount you have paid to the issuer, it will be refunded.

You will be required to honor your liabilities, should you don't, will be labelled as a defaulter.

Wait for delivery to get the activation code only. What's more in that as card get activated also

Customer care said that even though we have activated the card but still their system shows that the card delivery is pending and for security reasons, we may not be able to transact until the card delivery. I do not know whether to believe this or not as few members here have already started using it without the physical card delivery.
