Closing HDFC credit card

I have two HDFC Bank credit cards - Moneyback Plus MC (for around 1 year) and virtual Rupay UPI card (for around 3 months) with a shared limit of just 30k. As the limit is too low, I cannot use much and the cards are almost useless. So, I am thinking of closing one card and keeping one for a while. Which card should I close? I am thinking of closing the moneyback card. What do you think? Any suggestions.

Just joined Technofino for a solution to this after google search . I was of the opinion that HDFC card team was singling me out. Turns out they are really incompetent with almost everybody.

About closing the HDFC CC through MyCards-
1. What happens when you raise closure request?
2. How many days does it take for the closure to be completed?
3. Did you get NOC from them?

Also, did they convert your Millennia to LTF after you requested ?

1. The closure request is accepted. I don't remember how the app responded. The card still shows up in the app and net banking as inactive.

I cancelled the Tata Neu Plus card. It was my oldest card but I just don’t care anymore tbh. Axis gave me a higher limit of 205000 so I’m just going to use the Preferred DC for all my cc payments until HDFC gives me a good pre-approved offer.

I have requested hdfc grievance team to upgrade my card to millenia from tata neu. I know chances are less. If they don't oblige, I will close card & apply after 6 months.
