I had closed my legendary MB+ in January, Reapplication is 3 months or 6 months post closure?

I think you can reapply again immediately preferably offline

Several people discussed this about 6 months ago, they applied after a month or so

As you said, just wait for 6 months for pre approved offer. If you get good offer, take it. If not, apply again after 6 months.

Sometimes they will keep on changing resolution date. Mine took around 1 month for conversion of LTF DCP into FYF Millennia credit card (Later converted into LTF).
