Convert from Rupay to Visa

I have Hdfc neu infinity card on Rupay network, in current days on UPI many transactions got failed when pay with credit card on UPI. I have also many rupay cards like as Bob premier, pnb rupay select, Indian bank rupay select etc.

So can I change network from Rupay to Visa in Neu infinity card by sending mail to hdfc.

During card network conversion from Rupay to visa does LFT status remains unchanged or not ? Customer support is not sure about it they said you will get to know after the card delivery. Please help me if anyone has converted card network of LFT tata neu infinity card
