Credit Card bill payment by debit card or rewards - only provide working solutionh after 5 Septemeber 2024

Millennia DC gives 2.5%cb, which platform to use for paying CC bills? PayTM charges 32 INR, JioFinance not providing any option for debit card. Is SBI Unipay still working and giving cb? And does PayTM still works for the same? Thanks.

It can be done, advance payment actually depends on the bank, not the portal.

For example, I can do multiple advance payment to SBI, Kotak, but on the other hand HDFC doesn't let me do it.

i paid my cc bill with hdfc platinum preferred debit card through sbi unipay. but i didnt receive the cash back.

You can't pay more than the billed amount, you can pay slightly less (also known as part payment) but not more than billed amount.

I dont have any debit card which gives cashback on bill payment. Came to know about sbi virtual visa debit card which one can activate from sbi netbanking. I use this debit card on sbi unipay to pay my credit card bill. It gives 1% reward points+ extra 1% for using virtual debit card. In two months i accumulated 9600 reward point equal to ₹2400. Best way to redeem was to pay credit card bill. Paid hdfc cc bill using that reward point.

You may also apply for hdfc esp debit card which gives reward rate of 01RP=Rs.1/- upto Rs.750/- per month for cc bill payments.

yes today for me as well failed via airtel app,(indus MC DC) ,will wait for refund, paid via unipay for now

I paid on 29th Nov. and Got the RP on 2nd Nov.
It works well via AirTel Thanks app. I believe it's because the gateway is BharatConnect instead of Bharat Billpay.
