On 23/09 I've paid 20k HDFC CC bill on SBI Unipay through HDFC Plat DC. Still 1% cash points not credited. As I've paid 5k Axis CC bill through same route on 18/09 and had got points credited in 2 days. Is there any change in system?

After BBPS implementation, only a few banks like SBI allow you to pay bills multiple times.

Nothing is changed, calculate your monthly bills (including failed transactions).

If everything is correct according to your calculations then you will get it by the 1st week of October max. (we are in month end)

Not possible to prepay and at the same time get rewards for HDFC credit cards

SBI UNIPAY. Apologies forgot to mention it

yeah, it may happen sometimes I faced a similar issue with a Recharge

but I paid around 5 cc bills in Airtel app and did not face any issue with cc bills
I always prefer sbi unipay after hdfc bill

CC Bills will be settled within 5-10 mins usually
Failed transaction Refunds may take upto 7 working days

Try mobikwik. You may be able to pay via debit card. But most probably you won't get any reward points

It was working fine yesterday, paid CC bill with DC. Didn't check today. Mostly it will come back after some time

This depends on bank, works fine for SBI but not for HDFC and others. This is just an example.

First time I have tried paying HDFC CC bill through Airtel Thanks app using HDFC DC. It is all good till entering OTP and there is an error HDFC bank does not authorize this transaction on DC. I thought they even identify their CC bill in BBPS and hence not allowing the DC transaction. Pretty smart, yeah.

But turns out that they blocked it as suspicious transaction as I have never done large transaction in Airtel and they called to confirm as security measure. After 15 mins it was okay. I have paid their CC bill with their DC. Let me wait for a week whether I get cashback points for this transaction.
