Credit card blocked after approval

I applied for indusind Easydiner credit card offline and my 1st indusind credit card is approved and after 1 to 2 days my credit card is blocked I don't know why and after that I mail them and call them to activate my credit card and I received this email which I attached in this thread can anyone face this kind of issue and anyone can help me in this if anyone have any contact in indusind bank then please share me there contact number it will help me...

Generally it will happen if we use first swipe for gold, gamble, crypto or xxx but they will consider if the user pay it immediately and ask for release. Ur case I am not sure
Misc Rule 1: scb cards first 90 days don’t use for gold purchase else upgrade and LE won’t come
Misc Rule 2: amex card 1st bill don’t pay by cash it should be only from ur any of scheduled bank Savings account only
(Don’t say in India no counter to pay its applicable for guys who are on frequent travel and pay by cross currency in any Amex bank abroad)

If really for unnecessary reasons they close the card take the issue with their nodal officers and escalate to banking ombudsman if suitable reply not received

The same happened with me with HSBC

When I escalated the issue, they said they were not able to find my office and hence they rejected.

After approval, I got my card, I used it, I repaid the amount as well, then it got blocked.

Later on I got my statement as well

Escalated it to CEOs office and all and they atleast called for an explanation

Nope, I don't plan to

HSBC cards are of no use, I was anyways going to downgrade it and keep it because it only because it is LTF

Now, I don't want HSBC card, fought for initial spend based offer and they are giving me that even after card closure.

I had same experience with Zomato RBL card. My card was blocked after a week with similar experience never used anywhere except for zomato. Mail support/pno was not helpful. After 30days complaint to RBI, card was activated within 7days & still working

How you complaint in RBI and what you wrote to them

There cms portal or you can even email them. They are quite fast to respond
