CV upgrade after credit card receive?

How much time does it take for my CV base membership to get upgraded to CV Silver after receiving Axis Vistara Signature Credit Card? Also When do I receive complimentary ticket vouchers?

Not sure about the axis variant, but for Club Vistara SBI Prime, i was upgraded to the silver tier post payment of the joining fee
