Delay on the points credit - Travel Edge magnus

Hi All,
I have got airline tickets on travel edge on Feb 11st, till now the points are not credit on my account. Before it used to be very fast. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi, Gyftr is one portal and Grabdeals is another one. If you want your 5x points on gyftr you need to access through gyftr.

Got 1x points today for Traveledge

Did txn on 22nd feb on traveledge which was reversed. Did same txn again on 23rd feb.
only the reversal txn is showing in edge rewards but points not debited.
While actual txn pts is still not reflected.

I booked flight on 1st feb and got the 1x within 10 days or so but no clue when i will get the additonal 4x rewards. Should i call up customer care?

Not necessarilly. Before I used to get flights on travel edge, receive the 1x points after 3-4 days and the 4x after 3-4 more days. But this month, no clue what`s happening. So far I didn`t receive the 4x points.
