I applied for HSBC card in October. A hard CIBIL inquiry was made but came to know my application got rejected via customer care. Out of nowhere in November, I got the card delivered at my address. However, I noticed a hard enquiry from HSBC in November. How Should I make them to remove 2nd hard CIBIL enquiry which I didn't apply for.
Similar things happened with AU Bank, BoB, and Yes Bank. I can see two hard enquiries from each of these banks and they still rejected (Yes bank rejected my application because I wasn't able to finish the Video KYC with my original PAN card) my applications in October. How to make them remove the duplicate enquiry?
