Error in claiming HDFC Limit Enhancement Offer

Hi Guys

I have been getting limit enhancement offer on my HDFC credit card from Rs. 48,000 to Rs. 96,000 everywhere on my email, notifications and netbanking (screenshots attached for all of them)

But the problem is I am getting an error whenever I try to claim my limit. (again screenshot is attached for it too)

I don't know what's the problem here, I think there is some technical error in HDFC's system due to which it happened with me.

I even tried contacting my RM and customer care but they have no idea why I am not able to claim my limit even though I am eligible for the limit enhancement offer on my card.

I have been waiting for limit enhancement offer on my HDFC bank credit card from the past 3 years and finally I got the offer now but this technical issue is extremely frustrating.

Do you guys have any idea why is this happening and what should I do in this case? As I already have the offer can I get my limit manually increased based on that?

Would love to know your suggestions!

Yes, not showing me offer on Eva Chatbot. As I said I have already claimed the limit enhancement offer but due to some technical glith my limit is not updated to 96,000 Rs. And I am still getting limit enhancement offer popups whenever I login to my netbanking or mobile banking.
