I tried with mobile app as well as net banking
But nothing is working

Same thing happened with me when using hdfc bill pay tried after 2-3 hours and transaction was completed

Restart your mobile, sometime sms messages stacked up in mobile and network can't push to mobile due to some interference.

My issue is resolved
After restart and using mobile data instead of wi fi
