I had to be transferred for VKYC but the page showed some error so what to do now?

Same vKYC error. Shows customer ID generated, please complete vKYC.
I dont see any vKYC option.

She had no account with Federal, Just one SBI CC

Hello All,

For all those who has completed all the steps but waiting for the vKYC but don't how to do it here is the trick:-
1. Please open the same link when started the journey for Credit Card https://creditcards.federalbank.co.in/#/entry
2. Enter the same number you entered while doing the application for Credit Card.
3. if your application is approved then you will see the vKYC link, click there & complete it.
4. If your application got stuck somewhere then also you can see in which stage it is stuck & proceed further.

Retired last month.
I put in Salaried, also there was a dropdown where Retired can be selected

Can anyone confirm this? I don't have a branch in my city(nearest 100km) so just curious if they will let me proceed in case of pincode not serviceable or will block before cibil enquiry.

Tried for the Rupay Signet card and got rejected outright 😂😂 it showed no offers available.

Edit: I see many people who have the same issue, so it's not just me lol.

By the way, what sort of system have they developed which has mandatory field for alternate number, who the hell is expecting everyone to have 2 phone numbers. Also, no special characters in address, without comma (,), slash (/) etc, what sort of address will it look like.

I was able to complete application and video kyc. Celesta card with ₹5 L limit is approved.. but no confirmation on email or sms. Anyone got any confirmation?

My cibil is 806, salaried employee.. my company was in the drop-down list. I had one cibil enquiry per month for the last 6 months.
