• You can apply via Bank's Website. You need Bank Statement of 3 months (Must) and ITR also (Optional). Upload both for higher chances of approval.

All the customers onboarded with effect from 3rd April 2023 will be eligible to get LTF cards.

Tons of no offer/rejection.. I haven't seen such fast rejection in such a short time to so many of us. ltf card and rupay goes hand in hand within my community.
I have the same message 'No offer...', but later in the evening, received a call from Federal bank and they informed that it is a technical issue and many of them got the same message. They asked me to reapply after two weeks.
 
Looks like my application glitched out. Got instant approval, selected signet but no variant selection anywhere, confirmed address, virtual card generated screen. Received "card issued, dispatch soon" SMS and email with info on card (Visa Signet (argh!), MITC attached seems old, mentions AMC/Joining). Also, the virtual card is not yet visible on FedMobile - "card not found". Hoping there's some way to try to get it changed to RuPay network. Will confirm LTF status with support once virtual card is visible. 😖

Edit: Virtual card visible after I enabled transaction mode on FedMobile.

If you are new to bank customer, you have more fields to add - current address, income etc.
But for existing users, there is no option to add current address or income.
I already hold Fi Money & Jupiter Account, already ETB customer.

Might be picking up the permanent address and then might face rejection.
 
They are still completing the procedures. Although I can login, except for my PAN, the rest of the details are junk. The name is displayed as ABC; no email.
There is another cooling-off period for setting the card PIN. Since email is empty, My online transactions are failing(No email associated error is shown)
Wait a couple of days and try again.
I had applied for celest yesterday and completed KYC today. I'm not able to login in Febmobile, as it says number not registered. Could you pls share details on how you were able to login ?

When I entered the phone number and verified it through SMS, There was a screen that was showing like "We found a credit card associated with your number, Two options 1. Login with card details, 2. Login with video verification"

I used second option to take selfie video and I was able to log in.
 
Yes, on address confirmation page, you will get option to enter address for card delivery.



I was given three options to pick: Communication address, Permanent address, Enter new address for card delivery
Op wanted something before card approval to avoid pin code related rejections.

Just call the customer support to confirm. Same thing happened with me and the CS said my card has been approved and I’ll have it within 7 business days

I’m just getting one option which is to enter the account number. CS says this has to do with iOS app. On android it should work fine. Is it so?

Did you get SMS and email from the bank? I did VKYC on 3rd itself and no update till now.

Yes, I received card issuance SMS and email with card info (variant, limit) and application form pdf almost immediately. But I didn't have to do any VKYC (pre-existing customer of Federal Bank).

Anybody knows of any instance where Federal were willing to let you change variant after issuance?

They confirmed over call that the card is LTF. I did not ask for changing the variant as Celesta has visa and Mastercard only.
