Hello All,

For all those who has completed all the steps but waiting for the vKYC but don't how to do it here is the trick:-
1. Please open the same link when started the journey for Credit Card https://creditcards.federalbank.co.in/#/entry
2. Enter the same number you entered while doing the application for Credit Card.
3. if your application is approved then you will see the vKYC link, click there & complete it.
4. If your application got stuck somewhere then also you can see in which stage it is stuck & proceed further.

Will it work?
I got no offers found msg after giving bank statement.
Also will it trigger one more enquiry

Hi - did you get any sms or email? I applied yesterday, got Celest. Today did KYC.

But not even an email or sms from Federal Bank.

Update: See that email came earlier today from creditcard@federalbank.co.in with subject line: Swipe happily ever after with your new Credit Card

It has no reference for LTF!

Further was able to log into FedMobile using Face recognition and can see the card details

I never tried again. They called me. It's been 3 days since the last call. Waiting for followup call. However inquiry is hit in CIBIL.

Tried fresh as I was not struck in between. In both the attempts, got the 'no offer' message. Received a call from the bank enquiring what happened to my application. When I informed about no offer, the lady advised to apply after 2 weeks.

Not true, opened account in FEB and card generated instantly and was available to use in app within a minute.

Tried fresh as I was not struck in between. In both the attempts, got the 'no offer' message. Received a call from the bank enquiring what happened to my application. When I informed about no offer, the lady advised to apply after 2 weeks.

Call the customer care, select credit card, authenticate, and ask for confirmation. Get the number from official site:
