• You can apply via Bank's Website. You need Bank Statement of 3 months (Must) and ITR also (Optional). Upload both for higher chances of approval.

For Rupay there are many other cards , I think Tata infinity Rupay is the best as of now

Nothing asked for me, Only OTP authentication, immediately cibil hit. Card approved

Looks like each of them provides different rewards based on category ... travel, electronics, apparel.

Celesta is also providing international lounge access and lower forex rate, other than that I did not see any reason why it's fee should be 4x.
