It didn't ask anything. I just logged with mobile number and OTP. Asked for PAN Number and date of birth. That's all when I submitted it showed I am approved for Celesta with 10 Lakhs limit, I confirmed the address it shown at last page. That's all. I had one Federal, Fi, Jupiter account with them and all are closed not sure if it what was relevant.
other card higest limit & cibil score???

I have both Jupiter & Fi account and I got no offers available with no cibil hit but my friends imperio card got approved on the same pin code. He has recently closed his jupiter account. I thought having Jupiter account might be the reason for no offers. btw My cibil has multiple enquiries in the last 3 months, this might be the reason for no offers but they haven't done hard enquiry in my cibil yet.
I guess multiple enquiries are to be blamed here. Having a Jupiter or Fi account should infact help in getting a card with no VKYC

You were pre approved anyway 😉, that's why got instantly.
This is exactly what happened with me

How did they find out about multiple enquiries without doing hard enquiry in my CIBIL? Are they doing soft enquiry first?

When I'm trying to apply for Visa Celesta after entering my PAN and DOB, it shows No valid offers found. Can someone help?

As far as I know they are doing a hard check. It’s just that you’ll see the entry little later as there is a delay from the banks end in updating it. In case it’s not then boy you are lucky lol.
For many It didn't bro, even me.

If you get non serviceable or no offers error in 1st step then you won't get enquiry.

If it's after 3rd step then it'll put enquiry in CIBIL.

For many it shows no offers in 1st steps, which is bug 🐛 & they'll call you after that. And for no serviceable area no solution.

And if someone get no offers in last step means he doesn't fit into their automated application criteria & application declined.

Well, that’s good to hear and honestly this is how CIBIL enquiries should work ideally. I have seen many including folks in this forum whose CIBIL got hit after entering the PAN details. But again I agree with your statement bro

I just got a call from the federal bank support as I was not able to access my card on the app. This issue is for folks like me who are using an iPhone and have an account with Fi. So for now you won’t be able to access your card on their app. The work around is simple.

1. Go to their website
2. Click on net banking
3. Select sign up
4. Use your Fi account details
5. Sent transaction plus view function (the first option)
6. Create a transaction password along with regular sign in password just like we do on SBI
7. Once you’ve logged in, select credit card and voila you’ll be able to view and manage your card from there.

Have fun!!
Thank You man ! I got the card and was not able to access in the app. I have Fi on ios. Your thread helped me and got access to net banking and credit card. 🤝
