Similarly facing issue with OneCard issued by Federal Bank. OneScore app shows card approved, when I try to avail nothing happens. Processing it on the OneCard app loops during address verification and doesn't proceed further. Both the supports are sh*t and do not mention the exact cause.

Keep mailing onecard support. They will fix it one day. That's how their "customer experience specialist" team is.

Already mailed them multiple times and every time they give same reason that we could not offer you the card and we are working on another exciting product, and we are looking forward to having you onboard soon.

They just reply like a bot, their reverts are exactly same word by word whenever I raise them this issue.

Ohh. Really sorry. I also hold LTF imperio. I typed celesta by mistake. Since I got only imperio and I was unhappy with it, I didn't even activate it and called customer care to cancel it. It got cancelled completely. I also wanted celesta. Not sure what is the eligibility but bank branch people don't know anything about cc. It is a waste asking them about cc. They told me it's handled by some external team. Also I got to know you don't need a celesta account for getting the cc. Anyways the benefit is peanuts so I won't consider getting it again.

Open an account with Fi wait for few months and then apply. It will show the offer. Most people have got it that way.
