Just mailed to the pno with application details and yr contact and mentioned that branch and cc not helped not satisfied.

I had applied the card and got the Virtual card the next day after Vkyc was approved and got the physical card within 5 days. Just talk with CC and they shall help you out. usually after vkyc they can take about 1 or 2 days for confirmation mail.

Yea but I been trying to call customer care, they shared me the tracking number long back and told it was dispatched on nov 12 but still never gotten even their tracking number when i used in speedpost site it didnt work either mhh :/

In my case they send via bluedart, I received within 2 days after dispatch.

Maybe your pincode in remote location, that's why they sent via speed post.
And speed post also have rules, if bank sent sent via Express Speedpost it will be within 5 business days and if normal Speedpost it's take 7 business days maximum otherwise they need to pay fine to the bank.

Maybe bank gives you pre airway bill or issue with your post office. You need to contact pno via mail.

Yes, customer care already shared the Speedpost tracking number with me, but whenever I try to use it, it says 'consignment not found.' I have activated the card and have been making transactions; I hope nothing goes wrong.

Their Card printing and dispatch centre in Bengaluru, not in Kerala I think.

I think they spend low for their own state 🤣 that's why they use Indian post .

either core or floater, at a time you can have only 1 card.

if needed core card, close current floater card and wait for 3 months.

I tried in app. PIN setup is mandatory to modify limi. And for PIN setup, app says it will scan some code from the welcome kit

Federal bank rejected me thrice this year. Everytime there was a credit enquiry on Experian(766) and not on CIBIL(801). I am eligible to apply again. This time I want to be sure before applying that it won't be rejected. Any suggestions.

Federal doesn't do CIBIL check. My card is approved but no CIBIL enquiry
