FedMobile app after Fi & Jupiter closure

I've recently closed my Fi & Jupiter accounts. I also hold Federal Celesta Credit Card.

Previously on FedMobile app, used to login with my Fi Account number. But now I'm unable to access app with only Credit card.

Even after Reinstalling app, it's asking for Bank Account Number.

How to proceed with login to check details of Federal Celesta Credit card?
 
Solution
Update - Resolved:

1) Updated FedMobile to latest version.
2) Asked Federal support to delete/deregister my Mobile Banking and waited for 2 hours.
3) "Clear Data" of FedMobile and open, now 2 Options will be provided either to register using Credit Card details OR through Video Liveness check option.

I'm also facing the same issue. have you logged in? I don't have any federal account now. Both Jupiter and Fi account was closed. This is very worst technical developmet from bank side........

Still not resolved. Called Federal Customer Care multiple times and they're unable to resolve.

Sent email and they're asking for screenshot. But screenshot not allowed by app. They're asking for photo of screen taken from another mobile.

Too much hassle. So just paid Outstanding amount as per email and decided to skip auing this card till this issue is sorted.
 
Today I have opened Federal account in IndMoney app.
I can able to login netbanking now. But no CC shown. throws error.
Their CC told me to activate transaction rights through "Branch Token" by visiting any nearest branch, then you can activate FedMobile app am.......

Very Poor support.........

"clear data" u should be using Android phone? any workaround for ios ?
i am planning to close Fi & Jupiter as well. Have Federal celesta
 
Resolved..............

After getting Federal account from IndMoney, I contacted customer care they told me to visit nearest branch and submit request for "Branch token" to get login access in FedMobile app.
So I contacted nearby branch through call and explained everything, they asked me to send an email to their branch. I send the email request for "Branch Token" they replied with the form in PDF attachment. I filled the form and send to them again.
After few mins I recieved a SMS,

Dear Customer,Download Mobile Banking app at https://www.federalbank.co.in/fedmobile-download. Select the option Register and enter the Token number 1012 which is valid for 4 hours-Federal Bank

Now I can able to login into Fedmobile app using Account Number with Branch Token number.

Activated my credit card........😅
Applied for Wave Rupay card and that also generated instantly.........
